What is it and why do I want in?

You’re not new to this. You’ve tried the programs. You’ve joined all the gyms. You’ve downloaded the PDFs and promised this time would be different.
But here's the truth: you don’t need another plan that was built for the masses. You need a framework. One that’s built around your real life, not some cookie-cutter schedule.
WHAT YOU GET:
• 3 months of small group coaching (and I mean small—you’ll be seen, heard, and supported).
• A goal blueprint customized to YOU to help navigate you through the progress you will make.
• You will receive two custom strength workouts a week that will take into account your preferences, injuries and goals. Everyone's workouts are designed specifically for them. These workouts will be created with the equipment you have available to you and can be repeated with progressive overload.
• Your custom strength plan is the foundation—but you’ll also have access to additional on-demand workouts you can mix things up and move in a way that feels good, whenever it works for you. If you want to workout 5-6 times a week, you can.
• Weekly check-ins with Lauren via voice note to keep momentum going.
• Access to your small group cohort's community board with daily posts and prompts to ensure support for everyone.
• Access to the curriculum vault: consistency, accountability, goal setting, staying motivated—even when life gets chaotic.
• Private access to monthly podcast conversations with fitness and wellness gurus that will include dieticians, ultra runners, sound therapists, yogis, and more.

When you graduate?
You will have a choice. You can move into the Alumni Community—because no woman doing this kind of work should feel like she’s doing it alone. Ever. Or you can continue to work 1on1 with Lauren. Either way you will feel totally supported.
