My job is to help you feel your strongest self and build something you can actually stick with.
The GROUNDWORK is a place to land when consistency feels harder than it should.
It’s an accountability check in you can schedule as needed, when you’re feeling stuck, inconsistent, or ready for a reset. There’s no membership, no long-term contract, and no ridiculous over the top intensity.
Just a honest feedback and practical direction to help you keep moving forward toward your goals in a way that actually fits your life. It is the accountability coaching you need to stay focused.
HOW IT WORKS:
You book a check-in when you need it: weekly, monthly, seasonally or even just as needed.
During a GROUNDWORK check-in, we will:

review forms of movement that you actually enjoy and design a routine that works within your day-to-day schedule.

discuss how to get you the results you want

look at what’s working and identify what’s getting in the way

outline your approach to fitness so it fits your schedule and feels manageable but focused

we choose one or two realistic next steps so you have some wins to celebrate
As a certified personal trainer, I can write workouts (that are included as part of your check-in), I can add structure and motivation where it helps.
Everything we build starts from where you are and grows from there. Every check-in offers a very custom solution. You will get a strategy that makes sense FOR YOU.

You’ll fill out a short form (5–7 questions), and I’ll send you a personalized voice note with reflections, suggestions, and clear next steps you can actually follow.

A 20–25 minute Zoom conversation to talk it through in real time.
We’ll look at what’s working, what’s getting in the way, and how to simplify your approach so it fits your life right now.
Best if you want space to ask questions, think out loud, and leave feeling grounded and clear.
Ongoing support without the pressure of signing up for another membership. This is only available month by month. There is no auto-charge. You opt in each month.
