About Lauren
There was a season in my life ...okay, a decade, where my most consistent routine was collapsing on the couch with a pint of Häagen-Dazs after the chaos of raising three boys under six. Movement? That felt like a luxury I didn’t have time or energy for. But underneath the exhaustion, I knew I wanted more for myself. Not a smaller body. Not a one-size-fits-all plan. Just… to feel alive in my own skin again.
So I started tuning out the noise of the programs that promised results but never really saw me. I got quiet. I experimented. And slowly, I began moving in ways that felt right for me... ways that lit me up. One small step at a time, I built routines that gave me peace instead of pressure. And somehow, those steps led me from the couch… to crossing some of the most incredible finish lines.
This space was born out of that journey. Not to tell you what to do, but to show you what’s possible. My hope? That something here helps you reconnect with your body, your rhythm, your joy. Because that’s where real momentum begins.
Now, let's stop wasting time and let's get after it. Join me in The Framework.
Where Consistency Took Me
I used to think people who went after big goals were just built differently.
They were more disciplined, more athletic, or more put together.
That was never me
…until I decided it would be.
What started as small consistency turned into something I never expected: a version of me who actually shows up for hard things. Here’s where that journey has taken me so far:
