THE
FRAMEWORK
The only thing standing between you and that
“I can’t believe I just did that” moment…
is a plan that holds up on your busiest weeks.
What is it and why do I want iT?

You’ve done the programs.
Tried the classes.
Downloaded the plans.
You Started strong ... and then life happened
That doesn’t mean a consistent fitness routine isn't possible for you. It means you’ve been trying to force routines that weren’t built for you.
My job is to help you feel your strongest self and build something you can actually stick with.
The FRAMEWORK is a place to land when consistency feels harder than it should.
Whether your finish line is...
training for a 5K, 10K, or half marathon, or reaching a personal strength goal that we design together, this 16-week coaching experience is built to take you from “maybe someday” to showing up, putting in the work, and crossing that line.

This is where everything changes:
Inside my coaching, we don’t chase random workouts.
We build:
-
A plan that fits your life so that consistency finally feels doable
-
The strength programming that will move you forward to see meaningful progression
-
And the self-trust to stay consistent even when life gets messy

This is about going from “I’ll start again Monday” to “I don’t break promises to myself anymore.”
WHAT YOU’LL WALK AWAY WITH

• Realistic next steps you can actually follow, even on your busiest days

“Lauren really meets you where you are, without judgment, and helps you build from there in a way that feels doable and realistic. I never feel behind or like I’m failing just encouraged to keep going.
It’s not just about the workouts, it’s the mindset shift that’s made the biggest difference. I finally feel like I’m building habits that will actually stick.”
- Lisa, MA
“Working with Lauren was just what I needed to get back into fitness. She takes a no-guilt approach and customizes her program to meet you where you are in that moment. You never feel like what you are doing is “not enough” and yet you are inspired to continue to do more. It’s been tremendously helpful in getting me to change my mindset about fitness and about really changing my habits.”
- Megan, VT
Lauren completely changed the way I approach fitness. I used to think it had to be all or nothing, and if I couldn’t give 100%, I wouldn’t even start. She helped me see that consistency matters more than perfection. Her approach is supportive but also motivating in a way that makes you want to show up for yourself. I feel stronger, more confident, and finally like this is something I can sustain.

FrequentLy asked
questions
What equipment do I need?
You don’t need a fully stocked gym or anything fancy to get started. We keep this simple and realistic. At minimum, a few sets of dumbbells will take you really far. From there, I’ll guide you based on what you have access to, home, gym, or a mix of both. This isn’t about having the “perfect setup.” It’s about learning how to use what you do have and making it work for you.
What if I haven’t worked out in a while?
Then you are exactly who this is for. No shame. No “starting over” energy. Just a smart, supportive way back in. We focus on rebuilding consistency first, not crushing yourself on day one. You’ll ease back in, build strength, and start to feel like yourself again… but stronger.
What if I don’t have a specific fitness goal yet?
Perfect. We’ll figure that out together.
A lot of women come in thinking they should have a goal… but really they just know they want to feel better. Inside this, we help you uncover what actually lights you up. Because when your goal means something to you, everything changes.
What is the time commitment?
It depends on the plan we build together and the goal you’re working toward. For most women, your strength workouts will be about 30–45 minutes, three times per week. That’s your foundation. From there, everything is layered in on purpose.
If you’re training for something specific like a 5K, a half marathon, or a bigger performance goal, your time commitment will naturally increase. But not randomly… it will be aligned with what it actually takes to get you there.
We build a plan that fits your life, supports your goals, and challenges you just enough to grow without burning you out.
Do I have to run?
Nope. Not unless you want to. Running is just one option, not the requirement. Some women love it. Some don’t. Both are completely fine. We build your plan around what you enjoy (or at least don’t dread), because that’s what you’ll actually stick with.
What if I’m inconsistent or struggle to stick with things?
Then you’re human. And more importantly, you’re not broken. This is exactly why The Framework exists. We don’t just give you workouts… we build the skill of consistency. You’ll learn how to follow through on the days you feel motivated and the days you don’t. That’s the part that changes everything.
How is this different from other fitness programs I’ve tried?
Most programs hand you a plan and hope you follow it. This is different. We build something that actually fits your life: your schedule, your energy, your preferences, and then we coach you on how to stick with it. It’s not about doing more. It’s about doing what works… consistently.
What if I’m already working out, will this still help me?
Yes. 100%. A lot of women come in already doing “some things”… but feeling scattered, stuck, or unsure if it’s actually working. This brings structure and intention to what you’re already doing. So instead of guessing, you’ll know exactly why you’re doing what you’re doing, and where it’s leading..
Is this focused on weight loss?
No. And also… sometimes yes but not in the way you’re used to. This is about building strength, confidence, and a relationship with fitness that actually lasts. If weight loss happens along the way, that’s fine. But it’s not the foundation, and it’s definitely not a measure of success.
What kind of support will I get?
You won’t be left on your own here. Depending on the option you choose, you’ll have guidance, structure, and real support built in. This isn’t “download a plan and good luck.”
It’s “you’re doing this, but you’re not doing it alone.”

Hi! I'm Lauren
I’m a coach, endurance athlete, competitive rower, and mom of three who rebuilt my strength and identity from the ground up and turned that into a system that actually works in real life.
Since turning 40, I’ve completed multiple half marathons, every distance of triathlon including the full 140.6 IRONMAN, and I’m currently training to run the 2026 Boston Marathon. I did this all while staying deeply committed to strength work because I believe strength is the foundation for everything. It drives performance, builds resilience, and allows you to keep showing up even when life gets full.
I’ve lived both sides of this, from struggling to run a mile to competing at a high level. I coach from that full experience. Now I help women build strength, train for races, and create routines they actually stick to using a clear, structured plan that fits into busy lives. My clients don’t just follow workouts, they prove to themselves, over and over again, that they can do hard things and finish what they start.
